“They always say ‘it’s this new thing we have to do’, when… it’s been there for years!”: An institutional ethnography of Equality, Diversity and Inclusion work in a Norwegian university.
In this presentation, Gabriela (guess PhD researcher from the Department of Education, UiB) will talk about her project investigating the doing of ‘likestilling, mangfold og inkludering’ in the university. She will discuss her methodology as well as some preliminary findings. Questions, comments and thoughts welcome.
